Please choose carefully before your purchase. Each item is hand crafted and slight variations may occur. Due to my remote location, returns are very difficult and can take many weeks.

I do inspect every ordered piece of jewellery very carefully before dispatch.  If you experience a problem with your order please contact me at  gail@silverbytempest.com.

Again, because of my island location I am unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage to your item after it has been consigned to delivery. This has not proved to be a problem to date.
