Large Wild Cucumber Leaf Earrings

There are times I find things that remind me of lovely past times. The shape of these leaves remind me so much of the Acer trees in the Japanese autumn. Those leaves go from green through auburn , a russet blood red, to golden yellow clouds against blue skies before they glide down making carpets of crunchy colour to kick though on crisp afternoon walks, These pure silver leaves have that memory but are baby leaves from the wild cucumber plant that can be found almost everywhere on Nevis.
